By using ledgewoodbarber.com or visiting Ledgewood Barber Shop at 17100 Royalton Rd in Strongsville, Ohio, you agree to the terms below. They cover bookings, pricing, in-shop conduct, and a few standard legal disclaimers.
Bookings and cancellations
- Walk-ins are always welcome during shop hours. No appointment needed.
- Online bookings are scheduled through Square Appointments. If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel through your confirmation email at least 2 hours in advance so we can fill the chair.
- No-shows: appointments missed without notice may be charged a no-show fee at our discretion. Repeat no-shows may lose the ability to book online.
- Late arrivals: if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule depending on the day's volume.
Pricing
Service prices are posted on our services page. Walk-in pricing and online appointment pricing differ — both are shown clearly. Prices may change at any time, and the price quoted at the chair is the final price for that visit.
In-shop conduct
The shop is a community space serving customers of all ages. We reserve the right to refuse service for behavior we consider disruptive, abusive, or unsafe to staff or other customers.
Photos and video
We sometimes photograph cuts, the shop floor, and the team for the website and social media. If you'd prefer not to be in any photo, tell your barber when you sit down and we'll respect that. Photographs of customers under 18 are taken only with a parent's verbal consent.
Intellectual property
The "Ledgewood Barber Shop" name, the logo, the content on this website, and the photographs taken in-shop are the property of Ledgewood Barber Shop. Please don't reproduce them without permission. Customer reviews on third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.) remain the property of the customer or the platform per those platforms' terms.
Disclaimers
This website is provided on an "as-is" basis. We work to keep the information accurate, but we make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of the live wait time on /wait, or scheduling availability. The wait time shown is an estimate updated by front-desk staff; it is not a guarantee.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Ohio law, Ledgewood Barber Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or visit to the shop. Your sole remedy for any issue with a service is a refund of that service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
